84 west to exit 4E (Rte 17 East), to exit 122. At the traffic light turn right
onto Crystal Run Road. The ETS Oncology Pavilion is located at 75 Crystal Run

84 Eastbound: Interstate
84 East to exit 4E (Route 17 East), to Route 17 East exit 122. At the traffic

From NY Route
17 Westbound: Exit
122 (Crystal Run Crossing) to first traffic light turn right. At second traffic
light turn left onto Crystal Run Road. The ETS Oncology Pavilion is located at

From NY Route
17 Eastbound: Exit 122 (East Main Street/Crystal Run Road) to traffic light.
